Hi! My name is Tracy Cornforth (far left in the photo) and I am excited that God called me to become the new Executive Director for Connection Ministries.
My first full week started with our annual T-shirt folding party. It was a great day getting to know the team and was filled with expectations for what God will do this summer. I enjoyed visiting several end of the year Friendship Group parties and got to experience firsthand the love and community of everyone.
I have over 30 years of experience in Senior Living as well as working with adults with disabilities. I believe God has not only called me to this ministry but has been preparing me for this position over the years with my skillset and experiences.
I am a proud mother of five grown children and am recently a first-time Grandma! Me and my husband Rick have been married for 33 years. I love to garden and bake (most anything). I enjoy raising chickens and have two rescue dogs Doug and Hank. I am creative and enjoy sharing the gospel with local mothers of all ages in a “Bake and Take Bible Study” group that not only provides God’s word for nourishment but also a great recipe and meal to take home to their families.
I am confident that God has BIG plans for me and this ministry. I will be coming out to visit with everyone at the Gatherings and look forward to meeting you.
Don’t Worry be Happy….Don will continue to work through the summer passing all the batons to myself and Pam. At the end of the summer, Don plans to retire, but will not venture far from this ministry. He will continue to visit the Friendship groups and be available to assist me anyway needed to assure the ministry’s success.
