The New International Reader’s Version of the Bible (NIrV)

The New International Reader’s Version of the Bible (NIrV) is an English translation of the Christian Bible. Translated by the International Bible Society (now Biblica) following the philosophy to make the Bible more accessible for children and people who have difficulty reading English.  It is also very useful for teaching people with intellectual disabilities.  The authors describe it as written at a third grade reading level.
